Event Flowers
A La Carte Wedding & Small Events
Our a la carte wedding package is perfect for couples who love our fresh from the garden style, but don't require large arrangements or on-site set-up. Simply choose the size and quantity of your personal flowers and reception arrangements and share your preferences on the Order Form. We'll handle it from there! A La Carte Orders are for pick-up only at our farm in Lyons.

Bulk Event Flowers
For clients who would like to design their own bouquets or arrangements, we offer a bulk flower option. 2.5-gallon buckets of flowers and coordinating greens at $75 each are available for pickup separately, or along with an A La Carte order. Unfortunately, we cannot accurately recommend the appropriate number of buckets for your design. Everyone uses flowers differently. The amount you'll need will depend on many factors, including the size of the flower varieties that are blooming. We try our best to meet your flower color preferences, but we can't guarantee a perfect match with bulk flower orders.
Garden Design Consultation
It all begins with a desire to grow something beautiful or maybe become more sustainable. Let’s do both.
Step 1 ~ Request to schedule a one hour consultation by filling out an Inquiry Form. We currently service Wayne County & Eastern Monroe County for in person Consultations. You will receive a follow-up call from Firefly Floral & Design to confirm your time.
Step 2 ~ The consult begins with a tour of your landscape, and a overview of the best places to build your garden. If you choose to have a virtual consultation we will utilize photos, measurements and google maps to help with placement and design options.
What you will receive:
Comprehensive list of what to plant when and a planting calendar for New York seasons
Ideas and planting layout specific to your space
Outline of soil, boxes and supplies for raised beds
Water needs / irrigation set up options
Season extension / crop protection information and a list of organic pest management solutions
We will wrap up with a discussion about your garden design options and determine what the next steps are to get you growing.
1-on-1 Coaching
Let’s meet up online and troubleshoot your garden together!
Step 1 ~ Schedule your 1-on-1 Garden Coaching session. Fill out the Coaching Session Questionnaire to give us an idea of what your biggest concerns are.
Step 2 ~ We meet at the scheduled time for a discussion about your garden concerns.
This will include up to a one hour appointment and the topic will be completely guided by your questions about your own garden.
As always, I would love to hear of your progress and will gladly accept photos and stories of your progress.
My goal is to have you leave totally confident in your ability to grow your own flowers, herbs and food!
Workshops
We will customize a workshop for you, or you can sign up for one that we organize. Check our store to see what is upcoming or reach out and we will work together to create the perfect one for your needs.
Topics include, but are not limited to:
The Flower Bar ~ You and a few friends create bouquets to take home while enjoying one another’s company.
Flower Design Basics ~ Starting with the vase/vessel we will cover how to create beautiful centerpieces.
Wreath Making ~ From Christmas to Spring branches all the way through summer and fall. It is always a good time to create a wreath.

Booking your Consultation is the first step in your new Kitchen Garden Journey. We decided to offer Garden Maintenance as a way of ensuring your enjoyment in the garden, and 1-on-1 Garden Coaching to help you along the way as you learn and become more confident. I cannot begin to explain the feeling of satisfaction obtained by growing food for your family, it is something I have done for many years and still feel the same as I did with the very first harvest.
